Think Real Estate Benefits is a mission-driven real estate program dedicated to supporting Adult Residential Facility (ARF) vendors throughout San Diego County. We work alongside DSS-licensed operators and the San Diego Regional Center community to help create stable housing, stronger ARF businesses, and long-term financial growth within the developmental disability sector.

As the only real estate program designed specifically for ARF vendors, we focus on more than individual transactions. Our work is centered on building a professional ARF community—one where operators have access to knowledgeable guidance, practical resources, and trusted connections, so they never have to navigate the industry alone.

We believe ARF providers are strongest when they are connected rather than operating in isolation. Think Real Estate Benefits supports vendors as business owners by curating and sharing resources related to housing stability, licensing awareness, operational planning, growth decisions, and long-term transitions. By centralizing experience and insight, we help providers make informed decisions that support both their programs and the individuals they serve.

 

We are intentionally working to foster a collaborative ARF vendor community. As part of this effort, Think RE plans to host educational and networking events tailored to providers at different stages of their business. These gatherings are designed to encourage learning, shared experience, and meaningful connections among operators who understand the unique responsibilities of running an ARF—always grounded in real-world experience rather than sales-driven agendas.
